In 2022, Ecoserv carried out an investment consisting in the construction of a flue gas treatment system for the WR 10 K3 boiler at Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej in Karczew, ul. Ciepłownicza 1.
The net contract amount was approx. PLN 1,065,000.
The investment aimed to modernise the WR10 boiler flue gas dedusting system, as a result of which the dust concentration in the entire operating range of the boiler would not exceed 30 mg/Nm3, and
The system was modernised by installing a bag filter in a horizontal arrangement with a capacity of 40,000 m3/h.
Scope of works:
- Prepare documentation for modernisation of the dedusting system.
- Supply an FP 3×108/3.0/594 bag filter in a horizontal arrangement.
- Supply and assembly of a compressor and compressed air system.
- Supply and assembly of flue gas ducts for exhaust fans.
- Supply and assembly of an exhaust fan.
- Supply and assemble the dust collection system.
- Electrical system as well as Control and Instrumentation.
- Thermal insulation.
- Participation in start-up, training, final acceptance, and commissioning of the dedusting systems.
