In 2023, Ecoserv carried out an investment project consisting in the construction of a flue gas dedusting system for WR-25 boiler no. 1 at Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej in Biała Podlaska.
The net contract amount was approx. PLN 1,400,000.
The investment aimed to modernise the flue gas dedusting system of the WR-25 boiler. As a result of the contract, dust emissions were reduced to values below 100 mg/m3 at 6% O2 content in flue gas for the system.
Scope of works:
- Preparation of complete design documentation for the flue gas dedusting system for the WR-25 boiler.
- Preparation of I&C and electrical documentation with regard to the power supply of the assembled dust and flue gas discharge equipment and its connection to the existing supervision and visualisation system for the operation of the heating plant.
- Preparation of documentation and construction of a boiler repair platform.
- Dismantling of the existing dedusting system.
- Delivery of equipment and assembly of the dedusting system – including all auxiliary equipment, e.g. electrical installation with lighting, I&C, and system controls.
- Obtaining all agreements, tests, opinions, and verifications, as well as covering the costs of obtaining decisions and agreements.
- Commissioning, testing, and start-up of all new system equipment, carrying out final tests and measurements.
