Privacy Policy

General information

Dear Sirs,

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018, introduces several changes and expands the obligations of controllers and processors of personal data. Data confidentiality and the protection of our customers’ privacy is our priority. Therefore, we are committed to providing an overview of how we process and protect your personal data.

§.1 General provisions

  1. The data controller ECOSERV SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Nieświń 26-200 ul. Kielecka 3i, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the National Court Register (KRS) no.: 0000712770, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court in Kielce, 10th Economic Division of the National Court Register, Tax ID no.: 6581986795 Statistical No.: 369199560. Data protection is carried out following the requirements of generally applicable laws and data storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. The interpretation of terms shall be according to the glossary of the Terms and Conditions or as described in the Data Privacy Statement (if it follows directly from the description).
  3. For a better perception of the Data Privacy Statement, the term “User” has been replaced by “You”, and the term “Controller” by ”We”. The term “GDPR” means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
  4. We respect the right to privacy and are committed to data security. To this end, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used ( among others).
  5. The personal data you provide in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons.

§2. Data Controller

  1. The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, workplace, and IP address.
  2. Personal data shall be processed: a. following the regulations on personal data protection, b. following the implemented Data Privacy Statement, c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish the contractual relationship or prepare the contents of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and adequately perform the Services provided electronically, d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), with the processing not violating the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose compatible with the consent expressed by you.
  3. Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  4. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organisation is possible by sending an e-mail to: biuro@ecoserv.com.pl
  5. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only in the scope related to asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain such data.
  6. The Service Provider shall have the right to disclose User’s personal data and other data to entities authorised under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
  7. Deleting personal data may occur due to the withdrawal of consent or raising a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorised under relevant legal provisions.
  9. We have implemented solutions to minimise the consequences of a possible data security breach.
  10. Personal data shall only be processed by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§3. Cookies

  1. The www.ecoserv.com.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
    The information collected concerns IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, ISP, information on time, date, and location, and information sent to the site via the contact form.
  2. The collected data are used to monitor and see how users use our sites to improve the website by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on the site.
    Cookies identify the user, which allows us to tailor the contents of the site he/she uses to his or her needs. By remembering their preferences, it makes it possible to tailor advertisements directed to the user appropriately. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience when using our website. Ecoserv sp. z o.o. uses the collected data only internally to optimize its operations.

We use the following cookies on our website:

  1. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available within the website, e.g. authenticating cookies used for services requiring authentication when using the website;
  2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. to detect fraud in the field of authentication when using the website;
  3. “performance” cookies, which enable collecting information on the use of the web pages of the website;
  4. “functional” cookies, which enable to “remember” the settings selected by the user and to personalize the user’s interface, e.g. with regards to the selected language or region of the user’s origin, the font size, the appearance of the website, etc;
  5. “advertising” cookies, which enable the provision of advertising content to the users that is more tailored to their interests.

    Additional personal data, such as e-mail addresses, are collected only where the user has explicitly consented to it by filling out the form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
