Our multi-member team carries out the most complex and complicated engineering projects. We are competent in the implementation of detailed designs tailored to the “design and build” formula. We are also able to work on delivered documentation, on the basis of which we prepare detailed design documentation and technologies.
We work with the latest design and programming tools, such as CAD, INVENTOR 3D, PDM, CFD, and state-of-the-art equipment.

Scope of executed works:
A site visit by the designers at the facility to determine the target injection locations, the routing of reagent transport pipelines, the location of silo foundations, etc.
Preparation of detailed design documentation of the DSI plant (reagent: calcium hydroxide, of at least Sorbacal® SP quality), which ensures hydrogen chloride reduction below 400 mg/m3 USR.
The documentation takes the construction of silos into account with a reagent retention capacity for 2 to 4 days of operation at nominal OFz-425 fluidised bed boiler loads.
The documentation includes proposed locations for the foundation of the silos in the vicinity of the boiler plant, and drawings of the silos, including the supporting structure. The documentation also includes a construction design considering geological investigations of the ground, recalculations of the foundations, and possible collisions in the ground.
The documentation includes the routes of the transport pipelines (from the silos to the reagent injection points) with detailed drawings of their sections, including elbows, valves, etc.
The documentation includes the locations of injection points, drawings of spigots, and proposed dosing nozzles.
The documentation includes all equipment and their capacities (blowers, filters, silo aeration system, etc.) together with the location of the control cabinets from which they would be powered and controlled. The documentation includes a detailed electrical design, including the final routing of the power cables.
The documentation includes a design for plugging the equipment into the master system.
All environmental and building permits.
Documentation with detailed I&C, control algorithm, and conceptual assumptions, including assumptions of specific system operating procedures. In addition, the documentation will include a list of I&C equipment without selecting specific manufacturers, but with the specified measurement ranges.
