In 2018, Ecoserv executed an internal biomass feeding system for Energik M. Szamałek Z. Szamałek Sp. Jawna for the boiler installed at the Barlinek Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. production plant.
The net contract amount was approx. PLN 200,000.
With a maximum capacity of 14 t/h and a density of 300 kg/m3, the system involved feeding biomass from the movable floor feeders to the boiler hopper. It consisted of a horizontally inclined chain conveyor feeding biomass onto a belt conveyor equipped with a scale, over which a magnetic separator was installed.
Scope of works:
- Preparation of design documentation for the feeding system.
- Delivery of technological equipment, including conveyors, conveyor belt scales, and a magnetic separator.
- Assembly of the supplied equipment.
- Participation in system commissioning and acceptance.
