Dedusting system for PEC in Siedlce

Ecoserv, acting in a consortium with EcoTechnologia based in Jędrzejów, performed the modernisation of the flue gas treatment system for the WR10 boiler no. K3 at the Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyczne in Siedlce Sp. z o.o., ul. Starzyńskiego 7.
The net contract amount was approx. PLN 1,000,000, including Ecoserv’s scope of approx. PLN 470,000.

The investment aimed to modernise the flue gas dedusting system of the WR10 boiler, as a result of which the dust concentration in the whole operating range of the boiler would not exceed 50 mg/Nm3, and to enable the future construction of a sulphur reduction system.
The system was modernised by installing a PIB-3/192×5.5/497 bag filter in a vertical arrangement with a capacity of 30,000 m3/h.

Scope of works:

  • Preparation of documentation for modernisation of the dedusting system.
  • Delivery of PIB-3/192×5.5/497 bag filter in a vertical arrangement with a capacity of 30 000 m3/h.
  • Supply and assembly of flue gas ducts for exhaust fans.
  • Supply and assemble the dust collection system.
  • Participation in start-up, training, final acceptance, and commissioning of the dedusting systems.
