In 2021, Ecoserv invested in constructing a flue gas treatment system for the WR-25/20MW boiler at the Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o.o in Wołomin located in the heating plant at ul. Szosa Jadowska 49.
The net contract amount was approx. PLN 900,000.
The investment aimed to modernise the flue gas dedusting system of the WR25/20 boiler, as a result of which the concentration of dust in the whole operating range of the boiler did not exceed 100 mg/Nm3.
The system was modernised based on the installation of a mixed system consisting of two CE 4×900 cyclone batteries supported by a bag filter in a vertical arrangement. The capacity of the entire designed system is 68,500 m3/h.
Scope of works:
- Preparation of documentation for modernisation of the dedusting system.
- Delivery of two CE 4×900 cyclone batteries and a PI-2/144×5.0/339 bag filter in a horizontal arrangement.
- Supply and assembly of a compressor and compressed air system.
- Supply and assembly of flue gas ducts for exhaust fans.
- Supply and assembly of the dust collection system.
- Electrical system as well as Control and Instrumentation (C&I).
- Thermal insulation.
- Participation in start-up, training, final acceptance, and commissioning of the dedusting systems.
